99.9% Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee that our services will be available an average of 99.9% of the time. If your web site is not available 99.9% of the time in a given month, we will credit the amount of downtime to your next month's (or billing period's) hosting fees four fold. What this means is that if your site is down for a period of 12 hours, you will be credited on your next bill for a period of 48 hours.
Downtime is defined as our network infrastructure, connectivity and in the case of shared web hosting, your server being down. We are not responsible for the availability of dedicated servers unless that responsibility is expressly stated in your dedicated server contract (each dedicated server contract includes a service level agreement that supersedes this document). We do not control the whole Internet, and so we cannot guarantee your ability to access your site due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. down routers, DoS attacks, web site configuration issues, etc.).
This does not include scheduled downtime which will be announced via prior to the scheduled event taking place.
This does not include web site malfunctions, coding issues, database errors or file corruption.
In order to receive your web hosting service credit you must:
a) Document your downtime in writing.
b) Have us verify downtime.
